About Yoga is the journey of understanding self, a fascinating inquiry into our being. The ability to live in the present and let go of all that no longer serves you. Through movement, pranayama (breath work) and meditation techniques slowly and surely we learn to inquire into deeper aspects of our being.
About Dana has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 20 years. A beautiful encounter with a yogi out of the blue while living in London introduced her to the authentic teachings that changed her life forever. She has dedicated her life to living in truth and helping others to understand how to overcome their restrictions through various yogic practices including detox and self help tools.
She teaches weekly classes out of Next Generation Gym a world class facility in Auckland, NZ and also at Ashram Yoga where many have been inspired into the more esoteric yogic understandings including pranayama and yoga nidra. She also works from her home studio where she offers yogic healing massage, aromatouch essential oil massage and private yoga sessions.
2017 and beyond to explore further in depth the yogic experience Dana will be offering yoga retreats and in depth workshops around NZ.
